Jules Feiffer prepares to read one of his cartoons collected in
Out of Line: The Art of Jules Feiffer by Martha Fay (and edited by my ol' pal Charlie Kochman at Harry N. Abrams Books.) This was part of the opening of
Out of the Corner of Your Eye, Hank Virgona, Paul Davis and Jules Feiffer at the Mark Borghi Gallery at 52 East 76th Street. Feiffer began his career in Will Eisner's studio, so it's synchronicity that the event took place during what's becoming a three-week "Will Eisner Week."
